Hi, I’m Darsh Shah
Systems-minded operator translating product, finance, and strategy so teams keep shipping.
- The most valuable work sits between functions. I’ve seen it in messy Slack threads and launch reviews at Epic where product, ops, and finance chase the same answer from different angles.
 - Nobody owns that gap, so I connect the ask to the numbers, get the call made, and keep the build moving.
 - Before the US move in 2022 for my Northwestern MBA and a jump to Epic, I worked with founders and GMs in scrappy, fast-growing teams: seed rounds, Series B decks, $50M opex plans.
 - Same pattern everywhere: pull customer signals, technical constraints, and cash realities into one plan people trust.
 - My edge is marrying numbers with narrative, shrinking twelve-page threads to one decision, pairing product metrics with unit economics, and building enough trust that engineering, design, and ops align without org chart authority.
 - Off the clock I keep tinkering with side projects, tiny data pipelines, and long nerdy emails about systems that could be better. If that resonates, say hi.
